These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mintd website, mobile application, digital platform, and related products and services (collectively, “Mintd” or the “Platform”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using Mintd.
By accessing Mintd, creating an account, submitting an application, or using any service made available through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, together with any agreements, disclosures, policies, schedules, or other documents applicable to your account.

Certain products or services displayed through Mintd may be provided by Cairo Capital Securities, Cairo Capital Asset Management, other Cairo Capital entities, or approved third-party service providers. The identity of the relevant service provider and any additional terms applicable to a particular service may be communicated separately.
2. Eligibility
To open and maintain an account through Mintd, you must satisfy all eligibility requirements imposed by Cairo Capital Securities and applicable Egyptian laws and regulations.
You may be required to:
meet applicable minimum age and legal-capacity requirements;
provide valid identification and contact information;
complete Know Your Customer (“KYC”) and Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) procedures;
provide information regarding your financial circumstances, investment experience, source of funds, or other information where required;

3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for Mintd and throughout your relationship with Cairo Capital Securities.
You must promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, passwords, PINs, verification codes, biometric access, and any other authentication methods associated with your account.
You must not allow another person to access or operate your account unless expressly permitted under applicable law and approved by Cairo Capital Securities.
You must immediately notify Mintd or Cairo Capital Securities if you suspect unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, loss of credentials, or any compromise of your account.
4. Electronic Communications
By using Mintd, you agree that communications relating to your account may be delivered electronically where permitted by applicable law.
These communications may include:
account notifications;
transaction confirmations;
statements;
regulatory disclosures;
security notifications;
amendments to agreements or policies;

other communications relating to your relationship with Mintd or Cairo Capital Securities.
Communications may be delivered through the Mintd application, website, email, SMS, telephone, push notifications, or other approved electronic channels.
You are responsible for keeping your contact details current.
5. Trading Services
Mintd may allow you to submit instructions to buy or sell securities and access other investment services made available through Cairo Capital Securities.
All transactions are subject to applicable laws and regulations, Egyptian Exchange (“EGX”) rules, FRA requirements, clearing and settlement requirements, market conditions, trading hours, account status, available funds or credit limits, and Cairo Capital Securities’ applicable policies and procedures.
Submitting an order through Mintd does not guarantee execution.
An order may be:
executed fully;
executed partially;
delayed;
rejected;
cancelled; or
remain unexecuted.
This may occur because of market conditions, price movements, liquidity, trading suspensions, technical circumstances, regulatory requirements, insufficient funds, applicable limits, or other factors affecting execution.
6. Order Instructions
You are responsible for reviewing all order details before submission, including the security, quantity, price, order type, and other applicable instructions.
Once an order has been submitted, cancellation or amendment may not always be possible.
Mintd and Cairo Capital Securities are not responsible for losses arising solely from an instruction correctly executed in accordance with information submitted or confirmed by you, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Market Prices and Information
Prices, charts, indices, market information, financial information, research, news, statistics, and other data displayed through Mintd may be obtained from the EGX, Cairo Capital, third-party providers, or other sources.
Although reasonable efforts may be made to provide reliable information, market data may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, corrected, or otherwise subject to limitations.
Information displayed through Mintd should therefore not be assumed to represent an independently guaranteed real-time executable price unless expressly identified as such.
The price displayed when you submit an order may differ from the actual execution price.
8. Cash Accounts
Where Mintd offers cash trading accounts, transactions will generally be subject to available purchasing power, cleared or available funds, settlement obligations, applicable fees, and relevant market rules.
You are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds to satisfy your obligations.
Specific cash-account terms may be contained in your brokerage agreement or other account documentation.
9. Margin Trading
Where you are eligible and approved for margin trading, additional terms, eligibility requirements, limits, collateral requirements, fees, interest, and risk disclosures will apply.
Margin trading involves borrowing or using credit to increase purchasing power and can significantly increase both potential gains and potential losses.
The value of securities purchased on margin may decline.
You may be required to provide additional funds or collateral if the value of your portfolio falls below applicable requirements.
Subject to your applicable margin agreement, market rules, and regulatory requirements, positions or collateral may need to be sold or otherwise dealt with to satisfy margin obligations.
Margin trading is not suitable for every investor.
You should carefully review and accept the applicable margin agreement and risk disclosure before using margin facilities.
10. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification, banking procedures, settlement requirements, AML requirements, and applicable regulatory controls.
Mintd or Cairo Capital Securities may request additional documentation before processing a deposit or withdrawal.
Processing times displayed through Mintd are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and may be affected by banks, payment providers, market settlement, public holidays, regulatory checks, or other circumstances outside Mintd’s direct control.
Funds must be deposited and withdrawn using approved methods and, where required, accounts held in the client’s name.
11. Fees and Charges
Your use of certain Mintd or Cairo Capital Securities services may be subject to commissions, transaction charges, regulatory fees, custody charges, margin costs, taxes, or other applicable charges.
Applicable fees will be disclosed through the relevant fee schedule, account agreement, transaction confirmation, or other applicable documentation.
Fees and charges may change from time to time in accordance with applicable law and the terms governing your account.
12. Investment Decisions
You are responsible for your investment decisions unless you have entered into a separate agreement for discretionary portfolio or asset management services.
Nothing contained within the standard Mintd trading experience should be interpreted as a guarantee of investment performance or return.
Investing in securities involves risk, including the risk of losing some or all of the money invested.
You should evaluate investments according to your own financial circumstances, objectives, knowledge, experience, risk tolerance, and investment horizon.
13. Research, Insights and Analyst Content
Mintd may provide access to research reports, analyst opinions, market commentary, financial information, educational material, ratings, recommendations, or other investment-related content.
Such content may be prepared by Cairo Capital analysts or obtained from third-party sources.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, this information is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of future performance.
Analyst views may change as market conditions or information change.
You remain responsible for determining whether any investment is appropriate for you.
14. Asset Management Services
Mintd may provide access to information regarding asset management or professionally managed investment services provided by Cairo Capital or an affiliated licensed entity.
Asset management is separate from self-directed securities trading through Mintd.
Clients wishing to use asset management services may be required to enter into separate agreements, complete additional suitability or risk-assessment procedures, and accept separate fees, terms, mandates, and disclosures.
15. No Guaranteed Returns
Neither Mintd nor Cairo Capital Securities guarantees that any investment will increase in value, generate income, achieve a particular return, or avoid losses.
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
Any projections, forecasts, target prices, analyst expectations, or forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes.
16. Corporate Actions
Securities may be affected by dividends, stock splits, rights issues, tender offers, mergers, acquisitions, delistings, or other corporate actions.
Treatment of corporate actions will be subject to the issuer’s terms, applicable market rules, regulatory requirements, settlement procedures, and the terms governing your account.
17. Taxes
Investing and trading may have tax consequences.
You are responsible for understanding and meeting your personal tax obligations.
Mintd and Cairo Capital Securities do not provide tax advice unless expressly stated otherwise.
You should obtain independent professional advice where necessary.
18. Platform Availability
Mintd aims to provide reliable access to its digital services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may occasionally be restricted or unavailable due to:
maintenance;

telecommunications failures;
internet outages;
cybersecurity events;
market infrastructure issues;
third-party service interruptions;
force majeure events;
regulatory requirements; or
circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, Mintd will seek to restore affected services promptly.
19. Prohibited Use
You must not use Mintd:
for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
for market manipulation or abusive trading practices;
to impersonate another person;
to access another person’s account without authorization;

to interfere with the operation of the Platform;
to introduce malicious software or harmful code;
to violate intellectual property rights;

suspected fraud;
security concerns;
regulatory requirements;
incomplete or outdated KYC information;
suspected unlawful activity;
breaches of these Terms;

protection of the client, Mintd, Cairo Capital Securities, or the integrity of the market.
Any such action will be taken in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.
21. Intellectual Property
The Mintd name, trademarks, logos, software, interface, designs, graphics, text, data presentation, and other Platform content are owned by or licensed to Mintd, Cairo Capital, Cairo Capital Securities, or their respective licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected Platform content except where expressly authorized or permitted by law.
22. Third-Party Services
Mintd may contain links, integrations, information, or functionality provided by third parties.
Mintd does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their independent terms, privacy practices, availability, or content except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mintd, Cairo Capital Securities, Cairo Capital, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising solely from circumstances outside their reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any rights afforded to clients under applicable Egyptian law or regulation.
24. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be amended from time to time to reflect changes in services, technology, regulation, legal requirements, or business operations.
Where required, users will be notified of material changes through the Platform or another appropriate communication channel.
Continued use of Mintd following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
